Coaching

Coaching is a powerful development tool for many top executives who seek to enhance their performance and is highly effective in developing individuals who wish to access untapped potential and under-utilised strengths. Whether we are busy with  life coaching, executive leadership, business or team coaching: coaching at Strong Foundation is a transformational and dynamic one-on-one process.

Our aim is to facilitate personal ownership, increase self-awareness and establish a personal strong foundation that supports personal and professional goals.

Our coaching model promotes congruence – the alignment between how we think, feel and act. 

Strong Foundation Academy of Coaching

The Strong Foundation Academy of Coaching is focused on developing professional coaches through a 1 year Certificate and 2 year Diploma course.   The certificate course (SFCC) serves as the foundation for the Diploma course, and will transform the being of the coach through learning of foundational and core coaching components and application of  learning through self coaching.

The Diploma in Coaching (SFDC), will build further skills to equip the practitioner coach as they start their own coaching business in specific niche areas – Business coaching, team coaching, life coaching etc.

Supervision plays a very important role in the continued development of coaches and ensures that a set standard of excellence and accountability is maintained in the coaching profession.  Professional coaching and supervision sessions is foundational in both the SFCC and SFDC.

Strong Foundation is registered as Coach training company with COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors Association of SA) and plays an active role in CETASA (Coach Educators and Trainers Association of SA) to ensure that our course material is aligned to specific outcomes and criteria.
